No. The Discovery Session is an opportunity to discuss your business, current challenges and future objectives. If we believe we can assist, we will recommend an appropriate scope of work and provide pricing for your consideration.

How long does a Discovery Session take?

Most Discovery Sessions take approximately 45 to 60 minutes depending on the complexity of your business and the matters you would like to discuss.

How much does a Discovery Session cost?

Discovery Sessions are free and intended to understand your business, challenges and objectives. Any fees, scope of work or ongoing support arrangements will be discussed following the session where appropriate.

Can the session be held remotely?

Yes. Discovery Sessions can be conducted via Microsoft Teams, Zoom or telephone, depending on your preference and location.

What should I prepare?

Nothing formal is required. It can be helpful to have a general understanding of your current challenges, objectives and any areas where you are seeking support.

What happens after the session?

Following the session, we will discuss whether we are the right fit, identify potential areas of support and, where appropriate, provide a proposed scope of work and pricing.

We primarily work with privately owned businesses seeking support with business advisory, Fractional CFO services, governance, tax planning and business performance improvement.

Most of our clients have annual revenue between $2 million and $20 million, although we also support larger organisations, particularly in areas such as strategic planning, financial modelling, business transformation and commercial decision-making.
