Over the course of my career I've worked with organisations across Australia and the United Kingdom in finance, commercial and operational leadership positions.

My career began within the accounting and advisory profession before progressing into commercial finance, operational leadership and business advisory roles.
That journey has provided experience from both sides of the table — as a professional adviser and as part of the leadership teams responsible for making commercial decisions, driving performance and delivering business outcomes.
The combination of technical expertise and practical commercial experience allows me to provide advice that is both strategically sound and commercially realistic.
That experience includes the development and management of financial models used for business planning, project evaluation, funding transactions and strategic decision-making.
Throughout my career I have worked with boards, lenders, investors and senior executives on significant financing, investment and commercial initiatives.
My early career included experience within a Big 4 accounting environment, providing a strong grounding in financial analysis, governance and advisory services. Those foundations continue to influence the way I support business owners today.
